2. ACCOUNT INTEGRITY

Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in immediate termination of your account on our service. You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials.
3. PURCHASES AND WALLET FUNDS
If you wish to purchase any product or service made available through the Service, you may be asked to supply certain information relevant to your Purchase including credit card details and billing address.
Wallet Policy: Funds loaded into your "Wallet" are non-refundable except as provided in our Refund Policy. These funds do not expire but can only be used for purchasing leads on our platform. All transactions are final once a lead is unlocked.
4. LEAD USAGE & RESTRICTIONS
Leads purchased from The Leadss are for your internal business use only. You strictly may not:
- Resell the data to other agencies or competitors.
- Publicly publish the contact information.
- Redistribute the data via any third-party exchange.
5. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of The Leadss and its licensors. Our verification technology and terminal interface are protected by copyright and trade secret laws.
6. TERMINATION
We may terminate or suspend access to our Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.
7. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of California, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
