Wallet Funds: Funds loaded into your "Wallet" are non-refundable except as provided in our Refund Policy. These funds do not expire but can only be used for purchasing leads on our platform.
Leads purchased from The Leadss are for your internal business use only. You may not resell, redistribute, or publish the lead data to any third party.
The Service and its original content, features and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of The Leadss and its licensors.
We may terminate or suspend access to our Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of California, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
