This privacy notice section for California residents supplements the information contained in our general Privacy Policy and applies solely to visitors, users, and others who reside in the State of California.

3. Do Not Sell My Personal Information

The Leadss does not sell personal information of its registered users. The lead data available on our marketplace is sold pursuant to B2B transactions and is exempt under certain provisions, but we ensure all data is compliant.
